Youth Club Meeting

Join the Movement - Start a Healthy Path Club

Help curb the rise of child epidemics by addressing environmental, nutritional, and mental health issues affecting your school community.

The Healthy Path Foundation is inspired by the longevity and well-being of people in Blue Zone communities around the world. These communities have certain habits that help people live longer, healthier lives. You can bring these habits to your local community by starting your own Healthy Path Club.

The Club Pillars

1. Clean Eating
Eating whole, healthy foods and avoiding problematic exposures, such as artificial colors, processed foods, seed oils, sugar and GMOs.

3. Community

Building strong relationships and support. People thrive when they have a strong sense of belonging, whether that’s through family, close friends, or their local community.

2. Movement
Being active every day. Staying active doesn’t require hours at the gym—it’s about incorporating movement into your daily life.

4. Purpose

Having a sense of meaning in life. Finding purpose doesn’t always have to be tied to a career—it can come from passions, hobbies, or contributing to the community

Lesson Plans

Your club will explore how to apply the four key principles and build a healthier, more connected community. Reach out to us and we will share sample lesson plans to get you and your club started.
