Blueberry Pudding
Serves: 2
Ingredients
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 avocado
2 tbsp coconut milk
Instructions
Blend all ingredients in blender until combined. Add extra blueberries to taste. Optional: top with frozen berries, cinnamon, unsweetened shredded coconut etc.
