Sources of Vegetable Protein

Protein doesn’t have to come from meats. Many delicious Vegetable are excellent sources of protein.

Spinach is a great way to pack in some protein at any meal, add it to an omelet, make it the star of your salad or enjoy it as a side dish at dinner. Any way you are adding protein and nutrients that your body will love.

Beans, Seeds and Grains are another great source of protein. Chickpeas pack 28% while hemp seed contains 33% and Amaranth has about 18%, to name a few.
